Out of respect for the neighbours, it is strictly prohibited to make noise after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.

Reminder!!! The owner cannot be held liable for any accidents or damages that may occur on the property, in the parking area, or during entry or exit manoeuvres. Thank you for your understanding.

End-of-stay cleaning is included, unless the accommodation is left in an abnormally damaged or dirty condition (charges will be deducted from the security deposit) or (a cleaning fee of between €30 and €120 may apply, depending on the type of rental). However, we kindly ask you to leave the property tidy—put away furniture, items, and dishes, and empty the bins.

If any damage, accident, or breakage occurs, please report it during your stay—even if no damage is immediately visible. In the event of loss or damage to property items, the security deposit may be reduced by the cost of repairs or replacement.

Security Deposit and Breach of House Rules The owner reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit in case of non-compliance with the rules (e.g., neighbour complaints about noise from wearing ski boots indoors, items found in communal areas, or rubbish left outside bins or in shared spaces).
